The Blue Landscape Series reimagines the familiar forms of cups, saucers, and teapots through deconstruction and transformation. Each piece is reassembled into a sculptural vessel that moves beyond function to explore abstraction and form. Layers of cobalt sulfate, glazes, nichrome wire, Kiln Jewels, crawling surfaces, gold enamel, and cut-apart decals create a vivid topography of texture and color. These works capture both the delicacy and resilience of porcelain, evoking a landscape where the boundaries between utility and art dissolve.
